My name is Daniel and I am a student of acupuncture and traditional medicine. I graduated from York University with a bachelor of science in Psychology and currently attending the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My interest in healthy living and the arts has lead me to learn the practice of alternative medicine for healing and cosmetics. I created this blog to show people that there are simple and practical methods to improve one's health and lifestyle. By no means do I disregard contemporary medicine but rather stress the importance of collaborative medicine; a sort of fusion with alternative medicine.

We all know how difficult it is to stay healthy in a world filled with so many stressors, processed foods and so little time. The purpose of this blog is to inform people of the little things that they can change one day at a time to improve one's lifestyle. Every day I will be posting a simple tip of the day and if need be some background research or information for those who are interested. The tips of the day will consist of healthy eating, food, exercise, mental health tips, alternative medicines and even non-health related tips to make others go "wow" when you walk into a room.
