Tip of the day for the rest of your days...


When lifting heavy items, remember to use your knees and not your back.

Sorry blog readers for the lame blog post today. I did the exact opposite of my tip last night moving furniture and messed up my back. I couldn't really take the time to complete my research and real blog entry on the benefits of tea tree oil because I couldn't sit for too long. I'll have a better entry tomorrow though! But for now, take this tip to heart because it's very important that you preserve the health of your back! Arg.
